Hi all you ravers some more raving than me (I try) Debauchery is a noun meaning crazy partying and wild nights, usually accompanied by a lot of alcohol. So you probably don't want to engage in any kind of debauchery the night before a big event.
Then again some might !!
It is all about indulging in some of life's pleasures overindulging, in fact. It stems from the Middle French word debaucher, which means to “entice from work or duty.” So imagine workers being tempted from another day at the office by the promise of a wild bender involving excessive drinking and promiscuity debauch, drunken revelry
As is a wild, orgiastic party or celebration a period or occasion of general pleasures of the flesh in which the passions or vices have riotous indulgence; a period of unrestrained revelry. orgy, riot, unrestrained merrymaking, sounds familiar. I do have friends who love this! Indulgence in sensual pleasures, usually in the extreme.
Typically refers to sex and getting drunk, but can also be used in an all nighter with tons of junk shit food, video games, and epic masturbation sessions. I'm going to have a night of debauchery. A night of debauchery so good that the universe will implode. The only way to get rid of temptation is to yield to it.
Although i do not do debauchery parties, I have come pretty close but you can come and indulge in pleasures of the flesh and that could lead to anything!!
